An Open Letter To Ashley

We are creating something worth creating.  And as always it is beautiful and complicated and messy and organic and authentic just the way we like it. You are flourishing in your strengths as a leader, a communicator, a do-er, an achiever, an encourager, a strategizer and a helper, with an under-promised and over-delivered outcome for each and every client, even the little guys.

Maybe we are drinking our own spiked kook-aid but I just want another round.  So far this is fun and serious and way too much and also just right.   We are like characters from Winnie-the-Pooh who think they are just playing all day but are, in reality, uncovering the deep truths and meanings of their life one teaspoon of honey at a time.

Most importantly we are making room for everyone at the feasting table…the straight-laced share space with the liberals and the cacophony of children in the background reminds us all why we are keeping it messy.  All the while we march to the beat of our own drum in this life we have determined to make into a great parade.  Every day.
